An experienced public speaker and mentor in Omaha, Daniel Torres, Jr., spent nearly 25 years with R5 Productions and Value Up Productions. During this time, he delivered presentations primarily in schools and community settings while also mentoring youth. His core message focused on the intrinsic value every student possesses from birth, emphasizing themes of resilience, overcoming adversity, and hope.
Separately, Daniel has also spoken at numerous religious organizations, where he has likewise provided mentoring and encouragement to individuals and families.
He continues to provide public speaking and mentoring services as the owner of Strong Towers, LLC, a role that also includes business and individual consulting. Daniel Torres, Jr., balances his work at Strong Towers with his role as project manager for Taylor Investments, a commercial and real estate investment company.
Previously, Daniel Torres gained project management experience at ServPro of SooLand. Between 2002 and 2024, he served in various law enforcement roles with the City of Omaha Police. He earned numerous accolades as a law enforcement officer, including multiple Omaha Life Saving Medals and Omaha Police Department Ribbons of Excellence. He established himself as a member of several professional organizations, including the Black Police Officers Association, the Women’s Police Group, and a law enforcement motorcycle organization.
Mr. Torres has trained with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives; the National Latino Peace Officers Association; and the Federal Bureau of Investigation, among other reputable institutions.
